What's the difference between a detail and a regular car wash?
A car wash removes surface dirt with generic chemicals and automated equipment that introduce swirls and scratches to your vehicles paint.
A detail is a hands-on, professional service that cleans, protects, and preserves every surface of your vehicle — inside and out. The products, the process, and the attention to detail are in a completely different category. Think of a car wash as quick maintenance and a detail as a full reset.
What areas do you service?
We’re based in Bakersfield, CA and service the greater Bakersfield area. Not sure if we come to you? Submit an estimate request and include your location — we’ll let you know. Travel fee may apply for some locations.
How long does a detail take?
Service times vary depending on the package and the condition of the vehicle. A Signature Wash typically takes an hour, while a Full Detail can take 4–6 hours. We’ll give you a more accurate time estimate once we’ve reviewed your vehicle details.
What do I need to provide?
Just your vehicle. We bring everything else — water tank, generator, all equipment and products. No power outlet or hose required on your end.
Do I need to be home during the appointment?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to your vehicle, you don’t need to be present for the entire service. We do ask that you’re available at the start for a quick walk-around and at the end for the final presentation.
Is a deposit required to book an appointment?
Yes — a deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are $20 for all services. Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
How do I book an appointment?
Submit an estimate request through our online form. We’ll review your vehicle details, build your estimate, and contact you within 24 hours to confirm your appointment.

What if my vehicle is in rough condition?
No problem — that’s what we’re here for! Heavily soiled vehicles, pet hair, or significant buildup may require additional time and could be subject to an upcharge. We’ll assess the condition during our initial contact and be upfront about any adjustments before we begin.
Do you offer maintenance plans or recurring appointments?
Yes. We recommend regular maintenance details to protect your investment and keep your vehicle looking its best year-round. Ask us about setting up a recurring schedule after your first appointment — we’ll work with you to find a cadence that fits your vehicle’s needs and your budget.
